Abstract

In today's modern era, all types of information can be obtained through the internet, even users can share information that can be accessed by people around the world.  But in reality there are still many people who lack knowledge for new things, especially something related to things outside of their habits. In relation to the emergence of Covid-19, visitors going to the touristic sights has decreased which affect the local economy as well. Social media can be a very powerful tool for promotion, especially in times like these. Through the culture and tourism of a particular area, we try to introduce some basics about the attractiveness of learning Japanese and explain the benefits of social media. We will also implement a CSHE-based tourist area.  This activity will be carried out by counselling and installing directions, providing banners and brochures in Japanese and Indonesian on site. We will also provide the need for sustainable health and hygiene protocols to avoid the spread of Covid-19. Another objective of this activity is by adding a bit of Japanese decoration to attract more visitors to come and therefore will hopefully improve the local economy in the future.
