PENYULUHAN MODEL BERMAIN DALAM PEMBELAJARAN BOLA VOLI PADA RUANG LINGKUP PERMAINAN DAN OLAHRAGA DALAM PENINGKATAN KEBUGARAN JASMANISISWA PAKET C SPNF SKB PADANG PARIAMAN

ABSTRACT
The physical condition of Indonesians is of increasing concern, only 5,30% of people have good physical condition and the remaining 76% have poor to very low physical condition. This data was obtained from the 2024 National Sports Development Index (SDI) report. Improving fitness is all about exercising. Meanwhile, Indonesians' awareness and exercise habits are still very low. Public awareness about physical exercise can be raised through forms of exercise that are varied, innovative, fun and can be initiated from childhood. This is possible if all stakeholders, starting from teachers, lecturers, government and society, are willing to work together to cultivate sports.
The public needs to be made aware of the benefits of being very physically fit, for example increasing body endurance (immunity), enabling the body to perform activities for longer, maintaining posture, protecting it from risks . injury, etc. Education about the benefits of exercise is not enough to encourage people to want to exercise. Sports in general involve monotonous forms of movement, so people are not interested in exercising. A decisive step forward is therefore necessary to make sport an enjoyable activity. Apart from this, the forms of sport that will be practiced have many variations and are combined in the form of games.
The author designed a training program that has been combined in the form of games. This program was tested at one of the SPNF SKB in Padang Pariaman Regency. Based on the observation results, this program is working well and the students seem very happy to follow the program. Apart from that, the design of this training program does not interfere with the learning objectives set by the teachers of the previous school. So, the advantage of this program is that students achieve their learning goals and can improve their physical fitness. The author believes that this program is not only beneficial for students, but can also be beneficial for Indonesian society. It is hoped that an interesting form of exercise program will make people want to exercise. Apart from that, it is hoped that this program can be a solution to the current problems in Indonesia related to fitness level.
The proposed solution is to provide game modification workouts to improve fitness. The results of this training are the mandatory results of PKM: A scientific article published in a national journal and an activity video of a maximum duration of 5 minutes.
